I believe you deserve a work life that works for you
My Journey to Coaching
Before becoming a coach, I built my career in Learning & Development, where I spent years helping people grow, develop, and navigate their professional lives. I designed learning programs, built development opportunities, partnered with leaders, and worked to create environments where people could build their skills and thrive. I love that work because I get to be part of some of the moments when people gain confidence, step into new roles, and realize they are capable of more than they thought. But over time, I also began to see the other side of work: what happens when the workplace itself stops working for people.
I’ve experienced what it feels like when work is energizing and fulfilling and what it feels like when it starts taking more from you than it gives. I have seen firsthand how deeply our experience at work can impact the rest of our lives, and it became something I couldn't ignore.
I realized I wanted to do more than help organizations develop their people. I wanted to help people take an active role in creating a work life that works for them. I believe work should add to our lives, not take away from them. So I pursued professional coaching, and now I get to work directly with people as they navigate change in their professional lives.
Because the reality is, there will always be difficult workplaces, challenging situations, and uncertainty about what’s next. We can’t control everything about our work, but we often have more control than we realize. I help people find that agency, make intentional choices, and create a work life that better supports the life they want.
Why Choose Me as Your Coach?
1. Whole-Person Support
I create a supportive, non-judgmental space that honors the whole person, not just your professional role. You can explore what you really want, examine challenging beliefs, and consider possibilities without judgment or pressure.
2. Whole-Life Perspective
Work doesn't happen in a vacuum. Our careers, relationships, well-being, values, and personal lives are interconnected. I help you step back and look at the bigger picture so you can consider what you want work to look like within the context of the life you want.
3. Organizational Lens
My background in Learning & Development gives me a unique understanding of both the individual and the systems they work within. I understand workplace dynamics, cultures, and expectations that shape people's experiences at work, and I help you navigate those realities while focusing on what you can influence and change.
